Get ready to witness one of the most spectacular events celebrated in India, i.e., Lakme Fashion Week, which is going to be held in Mumbai this August. One of the biggest fashion festivals is soon going to begin and we just can’t stop gushing about the same.
Lakme Fashion Week is held twice in a year, i.e, in April (Summer-Resort) and August (Winter-Festive). It is a premier fashion event run by IMG Reliance with the title sponsor being Lakme. Many well-known Indian designers including Sabyasachi, Rohit Bal, Manish Malhotra, Ritu Beri, Tarun Tahiliani, to name a few, participate in it to display some of their amazingly beautiful creations to the world.
This time in August, in collaboration with ace designer Wendell Rodricks, aLL, the plus size store, is going to showcase its all new Autumn Winter collection. After a successful show in summer this year, Lakme Fashion Week (Winter-Festive) is going to be better and bigger! This time all the plus size people are been given a chance to grace the runway of LFW 2017. The auditions for all the plus size models have taken place already and now we are all geared up to see them coming out live on the screens. Way to go! More power to you LFW!
